Victory Ford, Inc is a fast growing, fast paced dealership in Dyersville Iowa looking for an experienced Accounting Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, interpret and analyze dealership financial statements in accordance with established timelines.
• Conduct daily bank reconciliations and cash reports.
• Approve adjustments to inventory, COS, and expense accounts.
• Process payroll and assist in administering payroll policies.
• Coordinate and prepare reconciliations for all accounts and physical inventories.
• Maintain and post monthly standard entries.
• Work with office staff to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Assist in completion of annual reviews and audits.
• Complete end-of-month accounting reports as assigned.
• Set and maintain prepaid expenses.
• Run and review expense trend reports monthly.
• Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the company’s vision, mission, and values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and suppliers.
• Provide accounting support to management team/departments.
• Keep Controller informed of any key issues relating to the financial activities of the dealership.

Requirements:

• Excellent analytical ability
• Communicates with staff and outside support team effectively
• Strong PC skills including Excel and Microsoft office products
• Accounting experience 2+ years required
• Management experience 2+ years required
• Self-starter
• Team Player

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
