Experience with the low-income housing tax credit program, federal and state affordable housing programs including USDA Rural Development programs;

Capturing user inputs, producing concepts, defining outputs, and executing on design analysis, prototyping, documentation and functional verification and

Create and produce a variety of correspondence, reports and presentations to support and promote individual business unit management needs.
