The candidate must be a NYS licensed therapist (OTR/L, PT, or SLP). Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each resident.

Follows telephone screening guidelines for answering the phone; identifies patient's health problem or concern and directs calls.

Should be able to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public.
