• Stand-in for operations staff when they are not available
• Leadership Skills ( 2 years preferred)
• Ability to handle scheduling/site, and client needs.
• Handle post coverage as needed for call-offs, emergencies, and personnel shortages
• Manage reports and staff training
• Facilitating new Officer orientation and training as needed
• Ability to author and implement site post orders and manage updates and changes as required by client and operations management
• Uniform/Equipment Distribution/organization
• Uniform Closet Organization
• Manage continuing education training of officers
• Be a team player and assist other departments as needed
• Experience managing a diverse workforce
• Experience with employee engagement & disciplinary regulations
• Must have current Security License
• Must have a valid Drivers License
• Capable of light computer work, efficient in Microsoft, Excel, and Outlook.
• Have a flexible can-do attitude
• Must have means of communication
• Must have reliable transportation at all times.
• Must be professional and energetic.
• Must have a neat, professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Good communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Capable of handling typical and crisis situations both efficiently and effectively.

Job Type: Full-time
