Must maintain positive resident and guest relations through a courteous, cooperative and understanding manner. Assists with dish room tasks.

Screening of telephone calls, scheduling appointments and maintaining electronic calendar and Office of the President-Rector filing systems.

Front desk coordination of patient triage, data entry, invoicing, and payment transactions. Proficient in data entry and general computer skills.

Education: Two years of completed education within engineering or related discipline Knowledge of design software (Solid Works for ME or AutoCAD EE preferred)

Coordinate & organize key information such as licensing, insurance, etc. Provide administrative support and record keeping on behalf of Operations/Accounting.
