Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Department & Development of our service department
• Establish Goals and Objectives for our Team
• Monitor performance of techs, advisors, and valets
• Hiring, Training, Motivating and Mentoring the team
• Understanding & Keeping up with all compliance with Federal, State and Local Regulations that affect the Service department
• Understanding and Ensuring compliance with manufacturer warranty and policy procedures
• Establishing and Maintaining good relationships with our customers, encouraging repeat and referral business
• Paying attention to employees development to determine need for advanced training
• Maintaining High-Quality service repairs and Minimizing comebacks.
• Conducting periodic spot checks of completed jobs for thoroughness and quality
• Making Customer Satisfaction a PRIORITY & Ensuring service personnel are respectful with Customers
• Handling customer complaints immediately
• Administering Warranty Claims, Renewing warranty policy adjustments, Understanding and applying warranty guidelines
• Ensuring correct processing of claims and communicating warranty info and clarifications to customers
• Maintain a safe work environment

Qualifications:

• Must have a Valid Driver's License
• Must have 2+ years of Automotive Management Experience
• Ability to respond effectively to inquiries or complaints
• Ability to define and solve problems, Collect Data, & Establish facts
