Bartender/ Server

Best Cigar Pub, NEPA’s premier cigar lounge is seeking an individual who is passionate about providing exceptional service to join our team as a Server. This person will be tasked with serving food and providing Best Cigar Pub patrons with an exemplary customer experience. All job training is provided on site.

Typical duties include:

Bartender:

- Preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for the bar and tables

- Processing cash and credit card payments via cash register

- Interacting with customers, taking orders and serving snacks and drinks

- Making recommendations for and inventing specialty drinks and seasonal menus

- Exhibiting a strong knowledge of our menus

- Ensuring that customers have an enjoyable dining experience by providing great service

Server:

- Greeting customers, taking food orders, and answering questions

- Processing cash and credit card payments via cash register

- Cleaning tables and counters

- Setting tables in a timely manner

- Exhibiting a strong knowledge of our menu

- Ensuring that customers have an enjoyable dining experience by providing quality customer service

PLEASE NOTE - No prior cigar experience necessary
