TLC Associates is looking for some amazing Customer Service Representatives to help patients access ground breaking medical treatments. You’ll be responsible for scheduling appointments, answering general questions about treatment plans and insurance.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls
• Answer patient questions
• Explain general services
• Schedule appointments
• Provide resources
• Type/navigate mouse while holding a conversation
• Sit for long periods of time

Qualification requirements:

• High level of professionalism, honesty, and drive, with a passion to excel
• Excellent communication, problem solving skills, time management, organization, and multi-tasking abilities
• Comfortable working on the phone with customers in a high-volume call center environment
• Ability to listen to customer challenges and issues, provide assistance towards a potential resolution.
• Speak fluent Spanish & English
• High school Diploma or GED required
