Jaster is seeking a brand manager as an addition to our growing team in Pittsburgh PA. Our Brand Manager will have the exciting opportunity to work directly with college and pro athletes to build their brands. This person will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies with athletes brands. They are responsible for creating and maintaining a consistent brand image and message across all marketing channels.

Specific job duties may include:

Developing and executing marketing plans, campaigns, and strategies.

Coordinating with athletes on brand development and development of content ideas.

Management of social media accounts.

Conducting market research to understand consumer behavior and preferences, and using that information to inform marketing strategies.

Stay up to date with the latest trends in the sports and marketing industries and adjust strategies accordingly.

Collaborating with other team members to ensure that the brand message is consistent across all company activities.

Managing relationships with external brand partners and vendors with the brand and athletes.

Required Skills:

• Ability to think creatively and strategically, and able to identify opportunities and challenges, and develop effective solutions.
• Strong Communication and leadership skills
• Have an understanding of analytics and be able to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and adjust strategies as needed.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once and meet deadlines.
• Confidence working in a fast paced environment
• Knowledge in the sports industry
• Strong negotiation and networking skills
• Adaptability to different brands, products, and target audiences.
• Have a good creative eye and strong attention to detail
• Knowledgeable in digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce and familiar with tools and software related to these platforms.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong understanding of marketing, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to think creatively and strategically. They should also have some experience in the management of a brand, as well as an understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.
