Bachelors degree (degree in technical field such as engineering, or sciences preferred). Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent

Ability to coordinate work with professional engineers, surveyors, survey field personnel, architects, city code enforcement officials and construction crews.

Valid drivers license in the State of Maine and good driving record. Ability to maintain good driving skills in handling vehicles on wet and/or slippery roads
