Assist clients with personal care needs, feeding, ambulation and other activities of daily living.

Assist with meal preparation, light houseekeeping, personal care as needed

Complete required daily paperwork as assigned

Assumes accountability regarding communicating changes on patient schedules to Clinical Scheduler.
