We’re looking for a reliable and outgoing Customer Service Associate to handle our customers’ needs in a fast-paced environment. You will perform cashier duties, answer questions, discuss products, and handle returns and exchanges. As a customer service employee, you must be reliable and trustworthy in handling cash transactions. Since you’ll be working with technology, having a degree of computer knowledge is required. The goal is to ensure customers are satisfied and buying our products. You must have a high level of ethics and good communication skills. Ultimately, as a Customer Service Associate or Cashier you should provide accurate product information, ensure that customers are served effectively, and assist in processing sales transactions. Must be 21 or older.
