The job does require a person with some automotive technical familiarity, organization, friendly personality as well as the ability to motivate & manage others.

Participate in selling, marketing and technical acumen trainings. Minor or classwork in business, marketing etc. a plus.

Bachelors Degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred. Must be able to sit at a desk for long periods of time. Tracking of any payment plans.
