Full-time Clinic Director/Physical Therapist

Pay: $90,000 - $100,000 base + quarterly and uncapped annual bonus + CEU $$

Our Bala Cynwyd location is located on Monument Rd. This is a fairly larger clinic located in the MS Management Building. The clinic is covered in windows which allows for awesome natural light! You will have the opportunity to work closely with 2 other PTs, 1 Aide, and 2 Patient Coordinators. We are looking for a Clinic Director who has an interest in bringing in a sub-socialization of their choice that would serve the community of Bala Cynwd. Our ideal fit would be a really strong therapist who is goal oriented and has a patient-centered mindset.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
• Proof of current or pending state licensure in respective state
• Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
• Self-motivated with the willingness to exceed expectations, learn and grow
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and bedside manner
• Outstanding time management and ability to multi-task
