Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and possesses a current WI RN license.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years general nursing. Med-Surg and/or clinic experience preferred. ER experience a plus. Demonstrates keyboarding skill and computer knowledge - experience with EPIC system a plus.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and delivering nursing care and education to patients via telephone or clinic setting utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. Candidates will need to demonstrate the knowledge, understanding and ability to perform routine clinical tasks and provide education, utilizing the nursing process and according to set standards, involving patient/family or significant others as appropriate.
