Exercises discretion to provide ViP guests with hospitality arrangements, including rooms, food, and beverages; assists with special requests.

This position will expose the intern to a variety of surveys including CDOT road layout, construction staking, ILCs, Boundary Surveys, and ALTAs.

Take check calls from drivers, ensuring that loads will deliver on time; validate all load data prior to marking loads delivered, for accounting purposes.

Handling incoming calls and other communications. Experience as an office assistant or in related field. Greeting clients and visitors as needed.

Must possess a valid driver's license issued by the employee's state of residence, and have and maintain an acceptable driving record.
