Responsible for documenting and maintaining all levels of correspondence electronic files, faxes, phones, mail and email. Must be accurate and detailed.

Provide physical therapy services to patients as per the Plan of Care written by the physician and as defined in the state Physical Therapy Practice Act.

Write social work progress notes describing and evaluating the patients responses to social work services received.

Greet visitors and answer the phone in a polite and courteous manner. Ensure all visitors and contractors sign-in. Assist with month-end processes.
