Leads equipment management process including, but not limited to, (1) uploads completed financing documents and amortization schedules to the network, (2)

Assemble and manage project teams including architects, engineers, and contractors, with support from a third-party owners construction representative.

Ensures regional HRMs legal compliance by monitoring human resource federal and state requirements; conducts audits of employee records and survey materials.

Valid NJ Driver's license in good standing. Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills. Computer and order entry skills. This is for a Part Time Night shift.

The right candidate will be certified in the state of Arizona or graduated from an accredited program and have a high passion to help others.
