Gather documents to perform data entry and analyze financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, general ledger and bank reconciliations) and

Preform invoice and general ledger data entry and prepare and perform check runs. Will also assist in monthly closing processes including journal entry input

Education & Experience: *A Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field from an accredited university with a minimum of five (5) years directly

Applicants must own a dependable vehicle. Current licensure as a CNA, CMA, LVN, Phlebotomist, or EMT is REQUIRED. High school diploma or equivalent is REQUIRED.

Prepare and maintain submittals for general contractors. Manage bid log with bidding dates and construction plans. Manage contracts and change orders.
