Construction Administrative Assistant/Project Coordinator

Subcontractor specializing in framing, drywall, and paint with 40+ years in business.

We are looking for an organized and skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team. Candidate must be eager to learn, well organized, and detail oriented.

Job Description/General Responsibilities:

  • Office Administration
  • Manage contracts and change orders
  • Produce monthly billings for every job
  • Prepare and maintain submittals for general contractors
  • Provide assistance to project managers as needed
  • Manage bid log with bidding dates and construction plans

Requirements:

  • Previous construction office experience preferred, but not required
  • Must be familiar with MS Excel, MS Word, and Adobe
  • Requires 2 or more years of office experience
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Demonstrate ability to deal effectively with outside vendors and customers
  • Effective verbal and written communication
  • Be well organized, flexible and able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Pleasant and positive attitude and the ability to communicate effectively on the phone and in emails
  • Can demonstrate being a fast learner and able to follow instructions well

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
