As a Content Marketing Specialist at Capital, you will contribute to our mission by developing and implementing content strategies for our brand that maximize growth opportunities and create a first-class customer and employee experience. Responsibilities

• Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams for a wide range of materials that may include web pages, presentations, signage, internal communication, newsletters, and marketing materials
• Obtain input from management, ensuring designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company appropriately
• Work independently and cooperatively on multiple projects with marketing team, meeting deadlines and budget constraints, and scheduling project implementation based on workload
• Plan, manage, coordinate, and execute all social media campaigns & initiatives. You will be responsible for the full execution of social media campaigns. This could include:
  • Collecting images, videos, and employee/client testimonials in the field
  • Turning footage into branded content through editing, graphic design, or brand voice
• Update and maintain internal databases of designs, photography, and videography
• Conduct research on content topics based on SEO (keyword) data, trends, and customer feedback to develop a content plan that maximizes our ability to strengthen our brand while increasing lead flow into our business
• Understand and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment, while interacting frequently with team members on priority changes and status updates
• Track, clean up, and file project sheets, resumes, and other collateral used in pursuits
• Update master files for project sheets and resumes as needed to reflect most current and relevant content
• Perform tasks such as coordinating events, public relations efforts, content for speaking engagements, and award submittals

Competencies

• Proven experience with graphic design, with a strong portfolio of work
• A knowledge of traditional marketing and social media platforms
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Industry experience/general industry knowledge, preferred
• Drone license (not required)

Required Experience

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or Journalism
• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite tools (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
