We are looking for a CUSTOMER CARE SPECIALIST that fits our Values of commitment, integrity, respect, teamwork and positivity!

You would help customers have a healthy, safe and comfortable home, by setting appointments for our Design Specialists and Service Technicians.

Our Mission is to create lasting WOW relationships with employees and customers while providing permanent home performance solutions!

What We Need For This Role:

• Experience in customer service
• Great telephone and interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate effectively through both verbal and written means
• Basic computer skills and knowledge
