Customer Service Representative for
Promotional Products Company

In search of a customer service representative to assist in managing customer accounts and general office work in a fast- paced environment. Position includes assisting in the ordering process, working with customers on artwork and logo ideas, coordinating local pick up, deliveries and shipping/receiving. This person must have experience working with computers.
Bookkeeping and/or accounting background is preferred but not mandatory.

Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers and associates at all times.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Communicating with customers through various channels.
• Ability to learn industry standards, process orders, assist with quotes and respond to customer requests.
• General office work such as filing and record keeping.
• Coordinating and fulfilling customer shipping and receiving in on-site warehouse. Local pick-up and delivery of customer orders.
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Requirements:

• High school diploma
• College Degree and/or 1-2 years customer service experience
• Computer skills needed, experience in Microsoft Suites preferred.
• Ability to lift 30lbs.
• Driver’s license (in good standing).

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
