We are looking to add new teammates to join our growing Customer Service Coordinator team between our Mankato and Owatonna offices! As a Customer Service Coordinator you will work with a select group of sales representatives supporting and servicing Federated customers and prospects. By phone, you will answer questions, fulfill service requests, and identify, collect and research information to ensure a quality product is provided. We are looking for someone with exceptional customer service skills, polished and energetic phone skills, problem solving and prioritizing skills combined with a genuine desire to create an exceptional customer service experience for our clients. No prior insurance experience is necessary - we provide excellent training.

The pay for this position is $23.60 per hour.

You will go through a 12-week classroom training program that begins on April 17, 2023. For our Owatonna team, training will take place in our Owatonna office, which is located directly off of Hwy 14. The hours during training are 7:30 am – 4:00 pm.
