Job Duties and Responsibilities:
-Educating and assisting clients on our products and services.

-Accurately processes documents that are received via fax in expeditious manner

-Obtaining qualifying medical documentation and insurance benefits for products.

-Ability to deliver great customer experiences in a retail setting and to be invigorated by constant personal interaction.

-Expert on Coverage Criteria for PAP equipment/supplies

Qualifications:
-Knowledge and experience with durable medical equipment a plus.
-Strong people skills, approachable, a good listener, and empathetic.
-Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
