5+ years LP install experience. Working with homeowner/collecting from homeowners. Preferred Highschool diploma or GED.

Check in all incoming orders to ensure quality and accuracy. Ability to identify and resolve patient complaints through trouble shooting.

Provide real time monitoring of customer service calls. Bachelors degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of skills, training and experience.

Ensure appropriate technology for effective work (work with IT contractor and vendors to maintain continuity of productivity for remote workers).
