The McGrath Family of Dealerships is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! Responsibilities:
- Manage new and current client accounts through inbound and outbound calls.
- Assist customers with their vehicle service needs.
- Ensure customers have an enjoyable service experience.
- Follow up with customers vis phone and email.
- Coordinate Service Advisor schedules and arrange customers visits during available openings in schedule.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Results driven
- Excellent organizational and self-motivating skills
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Proficient computer skills
- Willing to work with a team towards a common goal
