• Greet and assist customers who stop by.
• Excellent communication skills a must, daily interaction with homeowners/project managers, and vendors in a fast-paced office environment
• Ability to handle high volume of calls and email correspondence.
• Excellent computer skills, with strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• Time management skills, able to multi-task, to work both independently and well with others
• Detail oriented/organization skills
• Organizing and updating client files
• Maintain estimator/sales appointments, follow up with clients, call backs, and emergency repair scheduling
• Supporting office staff/project managers
• Punctuality, reliability, and flexibility

Experience:

• One-two year customer service necessary
• Excellent computer /internet skills
• Ability to work with high volume of clientele, work against deadlines, work well in busy office environment.
• Personable with strong people skills
• Past admin background in construction trades a plus
• Job scheduling and permit application experience a plus
• High School Diploma /some college preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
