Customer Service Representative:
The primary responsibility of the Customer Service Representative is to provide professional sales support for customers purchasing Rocky Mountain Air Solutions hard good and gas products. This individual should observe and prioritize duties by understanding what matters most to the customer, perform administrative functions for branch operations, marketing and sales support for the branch’s Outside Sales function, and ensure that customer needs are met. The individual in this role will also provide backup support for the Counter Associate, Warehouse, and City Delivery Driver roles. Must also work effectively within an informal, flat, and yet highly process-oriented organization.
-Experience in cash handling
-Must have Class B CDL or willing to obtain
-Repeated application of critical thinking to all customer relationships and branch challenges
-Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills
Requiments for Customer Service Representative: Two years of Customer Service and a Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
