The ideal candidate will be computer savvy and a fast typist with a keen eye for detail. You will report to a data manager or another senior data team member. Understanding data confidentiality principles is necessary. The company will rely on you for accurate and updated data easily accessible through a digital database.

Responsibilities

• Key data into the system
• Maintain physical and digital records
• Assist other departments with workload
• Organize company documents into updated filing systems
• Prepare spreadsheets and reports
• Update office information in the system as needed

Skills

• Proven work experience handling data entry, or similar
• Hands-on experience with MS Office Suite (particularly MS Word and MS Excel)
• Familiarities with office equipment, like printers and fax machines
• Basic math skills
• Solid time-management abilities with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
