Document, analyze and evaluate test results and defects, track and manage defects, and work with development team and business to troubleshoot issues.

Must be able to communicate and understand primary language(s) use by guests who typically visit the work location. May perform cashiering duties, as required.

A technical background and/or experience working with large software products. Responsible for P&L; lead strategic analysis, planning, and expected ROI.
