Dig Crew Team Member

Duties and Responsibilities:

• This is a laborious job to help be part of a team that installs sewer and plumbing lines inside and outside the home of AAA Service Customers.
• Ability to stand for long hours at a time.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 80lbs at one time.
• Ability to use many different hand tools.
• Ability to use a shovel, rack, pickaxe, jack hammer, jumping jack and numerous other tools and equipment during an installation.
• Must be comfortable working in outside conditions whether being Winter or Summer conditions.
• Must be able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Must have some construction and/or plumbing experience.
• Must be able to work safely in a construction environment.
• Must be prompt, punctual and dependable.
• Opportunity for advancement to Dig Crew lead and Dig Crew Supervisor.

Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong communication, time management, problem solving skills.
• Valid Colorado Driver’s License and clean driving record.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
