We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team!
We are seeking a self-motivated person to help develop new campaign types and improve marketing for funeral home customers. In this role, you will develop and manage campaigns, create online ads, and help develop websites. You will work on new digital marketing strategies that further Funeral Directors Life's goals, mission and strategic objectives and increase the influence of the company(s) and the clients Funeral Directors Life serves.

Responsibilities:

  • Work on Facebook ads, Google Ads, web development, HubSpot and other marketing tools.
  • Interpret social media analytics and change strategy based on the analytics.
  • Coordinate between graphic designers, account service representatives, and clients to move the projects from concept to completion.
  • Follow and improve processes and marketing techniques.
  • Collaborate and educate Sales Managers and/or funeral homes and walk them through marketing solutions.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Understanding of marketing and social media terms and best practices.
  • Understand and stay ahead of the latest marketing trends.
  • Knowledge of best practices of HubSpot Marketing.
  • Great attention to detail and excellent writing skills.
  • Ability to use a personal computer and work within a Windows based environment including MS Office products.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple requests with the ability to meet deadlines.
