Position Summary

Fill-Rite Company is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Strategist who will be responsible for (1) creating and managing digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Google Analytics, and various social media networks and (2) optimizing both website ranking and performance. You will have FULL ownership over creating and implementing an SEO improvement strategy for multiple branded websites. Working closely with the rest of the Marketing team, Product Management, Engineering, and IT, the Digital Marketing Specialist is unanimously seen as the expert in all things digital marketing within the organization. You must be capable of working independently AND leading a cross-functional team to achieve results.

Core Responsibilities

• Create, optimize, and report out on digital marketing campaigns using Google Ads and Google Analytics
• Create, manage, and implement SEO optimization strategies to improve organic page rankings for multiple brands and websites
• Manage paid advertising campaigns across several different social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
• Work closely with content creation team to develop successful creatives that resonate with target audiences
• Responsibly manage and overseeing digital marketing budget
• Lead cross-functional teams using communication and project management skills to achieve improvements in product data, website UX, and website performance

Qualifications & Requiements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist, SEO Specialist, or similar role
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mathematics, or another related field
• Expert in Google Ads and Google Analytics with experience running large-scale digital marketing campaigns and strategies
• Critical knowledge of interpreting SEO/SEM auditing tools (SEMrush, Search Console, etc.) to apply solutions towards page ranking improvements
• Strong understanding of running paid advertising campaigns across various social media platforms
• Previous experience with SproutSocial, Fullstory, Adobe Commerce/Magento, or PIM systems a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
