MPA Services is looking for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to assist people with developmental disabilities in their homes and community. A DSP serves as a caregiver and performs tasks according to their plan. DSP's must have a strong work ethic, demonstrate professionalism, and work well with clients and staff.

We are currently hiring a Home Supervisor (2nd shift) who works as a caregiver and provides supervision to the other team members who work in the home. They will coordinate doctor appointments, activities, menus, etc., while also providing oversight to documentation, services, and schedule.

We are also hiring Direct Support Professionals for 2nd and 3rd shift positions. Overnight positions can sleep during their shift, making it an excellent option for individuals with busy schedules or college students.

Additionally, we are hiring full and part-time 1st shift employees to work in our day program (located in Celina). Employees will assist individuals with crafts, activities and community outings.

For those interested in flexibility, we have part-time hours available for PRNs who can choose their work hours as is convenient for them by picking up open shifts in any of our homes.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist with general care
