Job Description :

Southern Oregon Goodwill Industries (SOGI) is seeking a dynamic Human Resources Director to support our growing, mission-focused, non-profit organization and those we serve. The Human Resources Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation of SOGI's human resource functions, including recruiting, employee relations, leaves and benefits, and ensuring compliance with state and federal labor laws and regulations.

In-depth experience utilizing Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) to prepare and analyze data and reports is essential, as is a passion for creating systems and processes that allow the department to work smarter, not harder. The role works collaboratively with the entire management team to ensure exceptional customer service delivery, as well as the consistent application of human resource policies, procedures, and practices organization wide. A passion for working with individuals with varied backgrounds and skills sets, including those facing challenging life circumstances, is a must, as are exceptional communication skills, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
