Full Job Description:

Lund Oil Inc is looking for a reliable detail-oriented truck dispatcher who will be responsible for receiving and disseminating orders that are called in from clients. Candidate will be responsible for general administrative work as well as data entry to ensure customers are being taken care of in a timely and efficient manner.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Serve as contact person for drivers and customers within territory
• Direct the activities related to dispatching, routing, and tracking of company trucks
• Promote safe work activities
• Preparing dispatch documents and handling BOL’s
• Learn and Communicate company services
• Collaborate with team to identify opportunities and growth strategies
• Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2-3 years of experience as a truck dispatcher in a similar industry
• Ability to multi-task
• Detail oriented
• Excellence in customer service is a necessity
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and laws
• Effectively communicate both verbal and written
• Ability to work individually and unsupervised
• Professional Integrity
• Ability to work outside regular business hours
• Computer skills including, but not limited to Microsoft Office
• Confidence to seek guidance and direction as needed

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
