Growing production and live events company in Santa Cruz, DuMo Industries, is seeking an Executive Assistant to assist the CEO and provide administrative support at the main office. DuMo Industries is a fast-paced, often stressful, environment in need of self-starter individuals who will want to grow along with the company. The ideal candidate is extremely detail-oriented with organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills while managing priorities and workflow as well as following through on on- going tasks. Effective communication skills are important in-office and with clients and vendors. Reliability and strong time management skills are a must. Job duties include providing administrative assistance to the CEO, managing correspondence and multiple calendars, maintaining office workflow, and performing minor accounting duties. Previous experience as an executive secretary or administrative assistant is a plus but not required. Expertise with Mac, Excel, QuickBooks, and Zoom are preferred.
