Responsibilities include first and above all else, being empathetic, reliable, devoted, honest, respectful, and compassionate.

We have very close bonds with our clients and they expect high quality care, as well as being acknowledged and having kind interactions from staff.

Must have prior experience with cornerstone as we use cornerstone and are paperless.

Making appts, checking clients out , phone triage, follow up wellness calls, promptly relaying messages to technicians or Drs. and other administrative duties such as scanning in documents.

Looking for someone with experience in a moderate paced environment and must be capable of multi tasking wth several phone lines, prioritizing tasks, and client requests.

Looking for someone professional in attitude, as well as friendly and interactive with clients.

Perhaps most importantly, however, must be willing to learn and grow, and work well in an individual and team setting. We have a great team and look forward to meeting you!

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
