Bachelor's degree (or work equivalent) in Business, Marketing or a related field. Handle warm and hot inbounds and outbounds, live chat leads, and outbound

Graduate of an accredited OTA Program. Report the Residents progress to the OT. Experience in long-term care settings preferred.
