This is a key role in the patient experience and must demonstrate excellence in all patient encounters including face-to-face and telephone interactions.

Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field and three years of HR Generalist or Business Partner experience, or equivalent education and/or experience

Ability to handle high volume of calls and email correspondence. Maintain estimator/sales appointments, follow up with clients, call backs, and emergency repair

Collaborate with other internal teams (e.g. product and sales) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives. Manage website content and updates.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts and in adverse conditions.
