Job Position: Graphics Designer

Directly Reports To: Vice President - Marketing

POSITION SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for graphics design work and is the team lead on social media, newsletters, and photography / video editing. Job Position also includes the distribution and shipping of literature as well as general organization and tracking of literature inventory, along with assisting with general office tasks as necessary.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Graphics Design:
• Social Media. Responsible for LinkedIn weekly posting. YouTube analytics.
• Lead on design of newsletter.
• Lead on photography and video editing for PON work, A-T videos, etc.
• Literature

A. Maintain organization and inventory of literature. Advise of diminishing quantities to assure no shortages (as possible).

• Process the literature requests after receiving approval from sales personnel.
• General office assistance
• Where necessary, provide assistance with receptionist tasks (including being a phone back-up), filing and office tasks as requested.
• Perform other duties as necessary or instructed.

EXPERIENCE/SKILL SET/TRAINING:

• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Intermediate training and experience in SAGE 100 software.
• Professional dress and look. (i.e.: no jeans, professional clean attire)
• Meet annual training requirements per A-T Controls ISO 9001:2015 quality program.

Video production & editing

Printing booklets & catalogs

Print shop experience required

Print design experience required

Adobe Creative Suite required

Maintain website experience desired

Word Press experience desired

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
