DNT Media, Inc., is looking for a talented and creative individual to join our team. Your job will be to create dynamic and effective designs and marketing materials based on our clients’ demographics, market, and vision. Our ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills and the desire to constantly improve his/her skill set.

Technical Skills
DNT Media utilizes Adobe Creative Cloud, so you will need to be fluent in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat. Additional required skills are a thorough comprehension of color technique, knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts, and an ability to follow written and oral instructions. Strong consideration will be given to candidates with a proven understanding of typography both in practice and theory and candidates with previous marketing and/or design experience.

Basic Responsibilities
You will be responsible for working with our clients and senior staff to extend the branding efforts of our marketing team. This will include designing logos, catalogs, brochures, product packaging, signs and banners, and print advertising. Additionally, you will be the main link between our event and creative teams and will provide support ranging from designing marketing materials and booth schematics to producing high-quality, large-scale trade show components.

Salary & Benefits
Salary and job title are commensurate with experience and qualifications. This is a full-time, in-house position. Applicants who are either not in the greater Little Rock area or willing to relocate will not be considered. DNT Media is an equal opportunity employer.
