Job Description:

Club TEN is looking for high energy players to join our team. Serves are responsible for proving above average service and a dynamic experience for guests.

Club TEN will utilize handheld ordering devices to keep ticket times short an allow servers to streamline the ordering process. By limiting time entering orders servers are able to manage larger sections, more customers thus more tips.

Job responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer services
• Greet customers and present menus
• Make suggestions based on their preferences
• Take and serve food/drinks orders
• Up-sell when appropriate
• Arrange table settings
• Keep tables clean and tidy at all times
• Deliver checks and collect payments
• Cooperate and communicate with all serving and kitchen staff
• Adhere to all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines
