Transfer escalated calls if needed. Handle customer inquiries and complaints. Previous experience in customer service is preferred.

Provide training and support to customers as needed, and act as a technical mechanical design resource. The engineer in this role will manage their own projects

Active pharmacist license in good standing with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy is required. Residency training or board certification is preferred.

Completed artwork design certification program at technical school or satisfactory completion of proficiency examination. Be meticulous and attentive to detail.
