What’s attractive about the Human Resources Generalist position?

· Provide proactive Human Resources support

· Serve as the point of contact to provide day to day guidance to employees and front-line supervisors

What Success Looks Like:

• Identify and deliver solutions to support decisions related to talent, employee relations, recruitment, and compensation.
• Collaborate with team members to implement HR strategies to support the business.
• Coordinate and conduct new hire orientations and employee training for development.
• Handle the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of all facility personnel.
• Development and implement HR personnel policies and procedures.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations to ensure compliance.
• Work with leaders to maintain time and attendance, discipline, and personnel records.
• Respond to employee inquires of benefits, payroll, compensation, policies, and procedures.
• Work to support the adherence to safety programs
• Strong project management, organization, and analytical skills
• Experience working in a fast paced, complex, dynamic business environment
• Possess initiative to improve processes and have a customer service-oriented mindset
• Demonstrate ability to work with a wide range of sensitive and confidential information

Your Credentials:

• 4+ years of Human Resources experience to include talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits, and compensation
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• PHR certification preferred
• Strong skills in using MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
