Job Description :
- Coordinate and administer health, dental, and 401K plans; disability; flexible spending accounts; COBRA, and personal leaves of absence.
- Maintains/monitors records of Worker’s Compensation, EEO, ADA, FMLA, unemployment, and other employee claims.
- Coordinates Resident, student, and extern clinic schedules.
- Recommends changes to AHI policy, training, and work environment to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Ensures terminated employee data are removed from appropriate employee databases, including insurance/benefits, time/leave data, employee census, and file is moved to inactive status.
- Other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE: One to three years prior Human Resource experience in a health related field with emphasis on employee relations, benefits administration, and policy implementation.
