Job Description :

IT ADMINISTRATOR- PMCA

  • Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all IT systems, including servers, PCs, operating systems, telephones, and software applications.
  • Conduct network troubleshooting to segregate and identify general network problems.
  • Manage, maintain and update onsite and satellite clinics site copiers, printers and fax machines.
  • Maintain all local software and hardware licensing to ensure conformance.
  • Maintain server, upgrade, secure, system backups and disaster recovery preparation.
  • Recommend software and hardware solutions comprising of upgrades and new acquisitions.
  • Install software, maintain and introduce training as needed.
  • Maintain and secure passwords, file system security and data integrity for desktop environment.
  • Maintain and update documentation of procedures and configurations.
  • Manage entire purchase of inventory related to hardware, software and other IT supplies..
  • Develop standard operating procedures and best practices, including providing written protocols and guidance to IT staff and to end-users.
  • Keep current with the latest technologies and determine what new technology solutions and implementations will meet business and system requirements
  • Develop and implement all IT policies and procedures, including those for security, disaster recovery,
  • Manage telecommunications infrastructure and development plans, projects, policies and procedures.
  • Negotiate and administer vendor, outsource, and consultant contracts and service agreements.
  • Investigate, analyze, and resolve complex hardware problems, perform advanced hardware repairs, maintenance, technical assistance, and support on a range of PC computers and peripherals.
  • Install and maintain desktop computer hardware; including computers, monitors, printers, modems, internal cards, security cameras and other computer equipment.
  • Respond to after-hours system problem calls.
  • Travel to satellite clinics as needed.
  • Provide technical assistance, support, and troubleshooting in the resolution of system communications failures and conflicts.

BS or BA degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or related technology degree.

  • At least five years of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. A directly related higher degree from an accredited institution may be substituted for up to two years of experience.
