Landscape Design & Sales

We are looking for a highly motivated, collaborative individual to join our design and sales team. Responsibilities include landscape design, creating estimates, client communications, sales, submitting permit applications, and project management.

GrandScapes is a full-service landscaping company, specializing in landscape design, install, and maintenance for both commercial and residential properties. Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients, understand their goals and desires for their property, and maintain open and continuous communication throughout the completion of their project.
• Take field measurements, having a solid understanding of grades and climate impacts.
• Design landscape plans using Prolandscape.
• Create estimates and write proposals, using LMN Software.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager to schedule and order for projects.

What we are looking for:

• Proficiency in landscape design software (Prolandscape is preferred).
• Sales experience required.
• Knowledge of local plants and landscape terminology.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in landscape architecture (or similar degree) preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both internally and with clients.
• Flexible individual, capable of multi-tasking or pivoting from one project to another.
• Detail-oriented, with strong organizational & time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, google suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
