The Position:

We’re looking for highly motivated people to join our install team. Employees are responsible for installing client landscapes throughout the year. RSI employees need to be motivated, hardworking individuals, that can work diligently and quickly on all tasks. We provide training for all new employees to familiarize them with our processes and how to run the different pieces of equipment in our fleet. While we will work closely with all new employees when they start, the nature of our work requires all team members to be able to handle working solo as well as part of a team. Pay starts at $680/week and is paid based on a fluctuating workweek salary. We operate on a 4/10 schedule, Monday through Thursday. Occasional overtime can be expected. Position is for March through October. Applicants need to have a valid driver's license and working phone with data. Phone use is reimbursed.
